Foundation & Footing Construction
Complete excavation, setting out, PCC lean mix base, and reinforced concrete pad footing construction across all 9 column positions. All footings poured and fully cured before wall works commence.
Week 102
Reinforced Concrete Wall — 9 Bay Phased Construction
Formwork erection, steel reinforcement fixing, concrete pouring and curing for the full 84-foot wall in 9 sequential bay sections. Each bay poured to full 8-metre height with proper construction joint treatment.
Weeks 2 – 603
Drainage & Waterproofing System
Weep holes installed at regular intervals, 2-coat waterproof treatment to the full retained face, gravel drainage layer and geotextile separation fabric behind the wall to manage hydrostatic pressure.
Ongoing04
Surface Finishing & Site Reinstatement
Full plaster finish to the exposed wall face, complete drainage backfill compaction, site cleanup, and all waste removal. Final photographic documentation and handover sign-off.
Week 605
Project Management & Quality Supervision
Dedicated site supervisor from mobilisation to handover. Concrete cube testing, rebar cover checks, plumb verification at each bay, and structured progress reporting. Single point of contact throughout.

4 – 6 weeks, start to finish
Work commences within 7 days of advance payment. The phased construction approach means each section is complete and cured before the next begins.

Phase 1 — Foundation
Site mobilisation & all foundations cast
Setting out, excavation of all 9 pits, PCC base, rebar caging, footing pours and initial curing.
Wk 2
Phase 2 — Wall Begins
Bays 1 & 2 poured and cured
Formwork erected, full height reinforcement fixed, concrete poured in 300mm lifts. Formwork struck after 48 hrs, moved to Bay 2.
Wk 3–4
Phase 3 — Mid Progress
Bays 3, 4 & 5 completed — wall at 55%
Weekly shutter cycle continues. Drainage backfilling begins. Mid-project inspection and quality check.
Wk 5
Phase 4 — Final Bays
Bays 6, 7 & 8 poured — wall at 90%
Three remaining structural bays completed. Full drainage system installed behind all completed sections.

Phase 5 — Completion
Bay 9 · Full finishing · Handover
Final bay completed, all formwork struck, full wall plaster finish, site cleared and reinstated. Handover.
